• No, this years’ meeting is taking place face to face however all presentations will be recorded and will be available to registered delegates to view, including all posters, on our online platform.
• All speakers are required to present in person.

Yes, please email us your full name (as per your passport) along with your passport number and we will provide you with a letter of invitation. Please check here to see if you need a visa for entry.

When registering for the meeting you will be asked if you would like an accompanying person to attend the welcome reception and dinner, tickets may be purchased for these social events. Accompanying persons may not attend the conference.

If you require an accompanying carer to assist you at the conference please email iscos@associationsltd.co.uk and we will discuss this with you.

• Please login into the Members Area of the ISCoS website to access your personal profile, your membership number will be noted there.
• You are required to use the exact details as they are noted on your membership record for first name, last name and membership number with no blank spaces at the end of each field. If you have any issues please contact iscos@associationsltd.co.uk.

If you are paralyzed by injury or disease and not an ISCoS member, we may offer a discounted registration rate. Please send an email to the ISCoS Society HQ prior to registering, verifying your status (e.g. “I have a C5/6 SCI, and was injured in 1997…”). We will respond to your enquiry. 

There may be special concessions available for participants from Low Income Countries. Please contact admin@iscos.org.uk to confirm if you qualify.

Currently there are no plans to have a one day registration rate

• Yes, we have negotiated special rates for accommodation which will be available to book as part of the registration process. These are very close to the venue.
• You also have the option of using Hotel Map which offer a range of price ranges for hotels nearby and this is available NOW.
