This year’s local visit of the annual scientific meeting of ISCoS will take place at the rehabilitation center of the University Hospitals Leuven. This campus is located in Pellenberg, in the middle of green surroundings and was formerly used as a sanatorium.

We will welcome you in our therapy tower, inaugurated in spring 2018, where the therapy sessions of our spinal cord team are based. We will give you insight into how our team works and why we do so. You can expect a guided tour of our therapy tower, which consists of 7 floors that include an exercise room for physiotherapy and occupational therapy, an exercise kitchen, a multi-sensory room, a car simulator, a space focused on work rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, fitness, an indoor sports hall… On our grounds we can make use of a skills track, an outdoor sports field as well as paths where skills for walking, cycling or driving on uneven surfaces can be practiced. Furthermore, we look forward to some in-depth discussions on our “integrated care” and “lived experience” programmes.

€61.98 + VAT (at 21%)|GBP option at £53.71 + VAT  includes lunch, refreshments and transportation. Journey time to the centre is approximately 1 hour.
